At brap we aim to make a sustainable difference by working with others to better understand how practice might be improved in ways that reduce inequality.

Equality should matter to everyone. None of us live in isolation and our reliance on others is an important aspect of life in our society. So we dont focus all our work on what are perceived as Black, Asian or BME issues. We work for the betterment of society for all people on behalf of all people.

Our mission: To help people, communities and the organisations that serve them to turn equality into reality.

Our aim: A society which is more equitable and confident in its diversity.

The concept of equality is complex and can be approached with apprehension, aggression or just plain ignorance. Whatever you think, equality is something we can all learn more about, understanding better what equality issues mean for us.

brap is committed to listening, understanding and responding to issues of inequality and to bringing about meaningful change for the better.
