LIFT has been created by brap to support the BME third sector in becoming more sustainable, making more of an impact through the work organisations do and working together to tackle inequalities.

It offers in-house support, specifically tailored to address the needs of the BME Third Sector, in the following areas: to develop Leadership skills, help organisations measure the Impact of what they do, help Forward Thinking organisations become more sustainable and help Tackle Inequalities.

In all these areas of support, we will provide training and relevant, timely information in the form of e-bulletins, guidance packs and policy reviews.

Is LIFT right for you?

LIFT is for any BME owned, managed or focussed organisation with social aims, such as charities, voluntary and community organisations or social enterprises. Organisations must be located in the West Midlands and be in the early stages of establishing or running their business.
