(Why do I have to do this? Read the FAQs.)

Step 3
Submit your registration form and positive client evaluations.

Step 4
We'll email you with confirmation of your membership and sign in.

Once a member is ‘live’ their profile can be viewed publically under the banner of ‘approved suppliers’. Potential customers can then select consultants according to their needs and the specialities of the edge consultants.

Member commitments
Members are required to keep consultant profile up-to-date and to submit evaluations annually. They are also required to respond to customer requirements within a specific timeframe. This timeframe is set by individual consultants but will be published on the consultant profile in order to create and maintain strong communication channels and track record with clients.

While there is no obligation to participate in peer-to-peer support sessions, there is an expectation that members will have a genuine desire to interact with members in order to work towards the anticipated outcomes of the Edge.

Peer-to-peer support and evaluation can/will work in the following ways:

Peer support clusters
Periodically brap will organise peer support sessions. These will take place at times that fit with busy schedules and will involve little of no preparation. Brap’s only role will be to make sure that you are comfortable and have set a loose agenda, e.g. some areas of support have been identified or issues discussed.

Peer-to-peer support
One to one support can either be initiated by member consultants or can be initiated with brap facilitation. Many consultants expressed a strong desire to participate in peer review in order to get an ‘inside’ perspective on strengths and development areas.

Evaluation
There is an obligation to submit evaluations on an annual basis. These evaluations will be linked to member profiles and will provide potential customers with a snap shot track record.

Referrals to the network
You can refer other consultants to the website, where they will be able to download the registration form and evaluation form, and should send all completed forms to the edge team at brap.
