totalplaceweb.jpgGreat news – brap has been asked by Be Birmingham to organise a number of community engagement events in three wards across East Birmingham. This is part of an initiative called Total Place and Birmingham is one of 13 pilots across the country chosen by central government to look at the re-design and transformation of public services, leading to better quality services at less cost. brap's initial work will help to inform how people want to connect with services on an ongoing basis… We’ve got some really exciting work lined up to capture people’s stories and views – so watch this space!
