COMMISSION FOR RACE EQUALITY CONFLICT RESOLUTION MODELS
This project looks at and explores existing and new conflict resolution models that may enable communities to resolve conflict more successfully

TRAILBLAZERS 2: RAISING YOUR GAME
This project involves working with colleges and LSC staff to improve the experience of BME adult learners either in education or employment, involving one-to-one coaching and mentoring for senior LSC staff

CHANGE UP EQUALITIES FRAMEWORK PROJECT
Change Up, a national programmed designed to support the voluntary sector. Through this project brap will be working with the Birmingham ChangeUp consortium and Project Management Group to support the development of their equality and diversity strategy, as well as the equality practice at a strategic and grass roots level.
