We're recruiting for a Learning and Development Facilitator.
brap is an equalities charity with a passion for creating opportunities for learning, critical reflection, and ongoing curiosity. We believe unless individuals can really understand the impact they have on others then we won’t achieve our ambition: creating a movement of people who believe they can do better, and be better.
But people have been going on EDI training for years, often with little impact. This is where you come in. We’re looking for an exceptional facilitator to help us design and deliver learning courses that interrupt society’s trajectory of continued disadvantage and distress for marginalised groups.
Experience as an EDI facilitator is helpful but not essential. It is important you have an understanding of, and passion for, equality. Our ideal colleague will be good with people, a skilled communicator, and someone who can think on their feet. You must be willing to travel: we deliver courses up north, down south, and right across the middle.
Who we are
brap is a charity transforming the way we think and do equality. We believe every individual has the right to thrive and achieve what they are capable of, regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other aspect of their identity. We believe that every person has worth and deserves to live their best life. This means they experience equity, are treated with respect and empathy, and supported to realise their true potential.
