It is our pleasure to host this seminar with Heather Berthoud whose expertise in the area of social justice and organisational effectiveness is internationally renowned. Heather will discuss her work on the Diversity Diamond, which articulately presents the challenges for social justice organisations in delivering on their diversity aspirations. Heather Berthoud has practised organisation effectiveness for more than 30 years.
