It is our pleasure to host this seminar with Heather Berthoud whose expertise in the area of social justice and organisational effectiveness is internationally renowned. Heather will discuss her work on the Diversity Diamond, which articulately presents the challenges for social justice organisations in delivering on their diversity aspirations. This seminar will help leaders of all types of organisations to understand why their efforts to improve on diversity often fall short and, more importantly, what they can do to improve their effectiveness in this area. brap is delighted to be hosting this conversation with Heather and to bring her work to a UK audience. Heather Berthoud has practised organisation effectiveness for more than 30 years. She currently leads Berthoud Consulting, a trusted partner to organisational and community leaders that encourages organisations to experience, understand, and self-direct enterprises that are life-affirming in their means and ends. She combines a passion for social justice with a focused practical results-orientation so leaders and organisations accomplish their goals, learn, and enjoy.
