Julie will discuss the healthy use of power and the potential for all leaders to achieve the results that they seek by wielding the only thing under their control – themselves. Julie Diamond, Ph.D., is an executive coach, international leadership consultant, and author of Power: A User’s Guide. She founded Diamond Leadership, an organisation providing innovative leadership and talent development services, including coaching, consulting, assessment, and training. For over 25 years Julie has been at the forefront of creating transformational learning and leadership solutions across a range of sectors and disciplines. Julie’s research and work with leaders has focused on the problems of power- the ways power is expressed and how it impacts culture, decision making, and leadership ability. Her passion is to help leaders not only be their best but be able to bring out the best in the people they lead.
